We strive to maintain accurate product information and inventory on our website. However, in rare cases, an item may appear available when it is out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 24-48 hours and issue a full refund.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Special orders, sale items, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
SEASONAL ITEMS
Due to the nature of seasonal items, returns for these products will not be accepted after the relevant holiday has passed.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Upon receipt, your return will be inspected, and a refund will be issued for products that meet these criteria.
Items that are ineligible for return include special orders, sale items, and products marked as "final sale." Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.

If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide images of the damaged packaging and retain the original shipping box until further notice. Contact us at customerservice@sbghome-design.com for assistance with the return process.
